Deposits

A non-refundable 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Please Note: Deposits are non refundable.

Why are deposits no refundable. The deposit is used to secure guide for the dates booked on the expectation of a full days guiding. There are only so many days in a season and once booked our guides are commited to those dates. We will often have to turn others away for those dates and should you cancel have no way of recovering that lost revenue.

Final payment

Final payment is due at the beginning of the trip. Payment can be made by either Cash, Visa or Mastercard(a 3.5% surcharge applies on all credit card transactions)

Cancellation

Cancellation within 30 days incurs a 50% fee less deposit.

Cancellation within 7 days will incur 100% fee less deposit.

Weather cancellations

The weather is out of our control. It is very rare that we cannot fish. You should come prepared for rain or sunshine. Should a guide need to cancel a day due to weather or river conditions for the safety of clients and or guide a full refund less any transaction fees will be given.

On multi day trips the guide will always do their best to take you to the best available water – no refunds are given on any days lost due to adverse weather/river conditions during multi day backcountry trips.
